If you're a roofer or builder who needs a bespoke lead back gutter or front apron made up but doesn't want to fabricate it yourself, we can make it to your exact measurements and have it ready to collect or delivered to site. All fabrication is carried out by an NVQ Level 2 qualified roofer with ongoing specialist training through the Lead Sheet Training Academy — so what you're fitting has been made properly, to Lead Sheet Association standard, first time.
What We Supply
Bespoke Lead Back Gutters
Made to your dimensions for behind chimney stacks, dormers and roof abutments. Properly formed with correct upstands and falls so it does the job it’s meant to — no call-backs.
Bespoke Lead Front Aprons
Dressed and formed to your spec for the downslope side of chimneys and abutments, ready to dress straight in on site.
Bespoke hopper heads made to match existing period detailing or a new spec, for jobs where an off-the-shelf hopper won’t do.
Formed to fit awkward junctions where roof planes meet a chimney or obstruction, preventing the standing water that causes most saddle failures.
We can also make up soakers and valleys to order — if it’s a bespoke lead piece, get in touch and we’ll quote it.
How It Works
Send us your measurements — width, upstand height, and any awkward angles or obstructions — along with a rough sketch or a couple of photos if you have them. We’ll come back with a price and a turnaround time.
We typically work in Code 4, 5 and 6 lead depending on the application, and we’ll advise on the right code for the job if you’re not sure. Once agreed, your piece is fabricated to spec and ready for collection from Northallerton, or delivery can be arranged for larger or ongoing orders.
